Phil Wiseberg is board certified by the Florida Bar in civil trial law, with extensive experience in defending automobile bodily injury claims, premises liability claims, and fraud/SIU-related claims. Known for his meticulous approach, Phil is deeply committed to leaving no stone unturned and uncovering critical details to rigorously defend his clients’ interests.
Phil stays at the forefront of legal developments and industry trends, providing informed, strategic representation. He enjoys sharing insights with fellow attorneys and insurance claims adjusters, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing on emerging topics in insurance defense.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Phil honed his skills at an insurance defense firm in Palm Beach County for over 11 years, advancing from associate to partner. Before devoting the last decade to auto, uninsured motorists and premises defense, Phil served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, trying over 75 criminal jury cases and playing a pivotal role in prosecuting local gangs and significant drug traffickers.
Phil graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School in Ft. Lauderdale where he distinguished himself as a Board Member and Trial Team Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as a Summer Law Clerk for the Honorable W. Matthew Stevenson of the 4th District Court of Appeals in West Palm Beach. Phil earned his undergraduate degree in government from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA

Outside of the office, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, along with their rescue dog, Frankie.
