Philip Andrew McCormick brings more than 15 years of experience in insurance litigation. He focuses his practice on defending clients in complex matters involving personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, construction defects, and first-party property claims. Philip is known for his practical, results-driven approach and his commitment to providing thoughtful and effective representation for his clients.

Born in Kansas to a military family, Philip relocated to the Tampa Bay area at the age of five and has remained in the community ever since. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2004 and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2007, where he served as an editor for the Stetson Law Review. He has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2007.

In addition to his legal practice, Philip is passionate about education and serves as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Department at St. Petersburg College, where he teaches courses in Business Law and Commercial Transactions.
