Peter Baumberger brings nearly three decades of trial experience in both federal and state courts, with a focus on complex, high-exposure litigation involving construction defects, premises liability, electric utility defense and commercial/corporate disputes. Peter has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, prevailing in jury and bench trials across Florida on behalf of developers, contractors, manufacturers, retail corporations and road contractors. His courtroom success includes numerous well-publicized construction defect, product liability and construction accident matters.
Since graduating from law school in 1997, Peter has dedicated his career to trial work. He represents a wide range of clients — from individuals to national and multinational corporations — and his approach emphasizes strategic, efficient, and results-driven advocacy tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Peter is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and International Society of Barristers (ISOB), invitation-only attorney organizations that recognize excellence in trial advocacy and professional integrity.
