Peter Baumberger brings over two decades of trial experience in both federal and state courts, with a focus on complex, high-exposure litigation involving construction defects, premises liability, professional liability, electric utility defense and commercial/corporate disputes. Peter has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, prevailing in jury and bench trials across Florida on behalf of developers, contractors, manufacturers, retail corporations and road contractors. His courtroom success includes numerous well-publicized construction defect, product liability and construction accident matters.

Peter is also highly experienced in class action litigation, having defended clients in high-stakes class actions involving products liability, construction defects and TCPA violations, with total claims exceeding one billion dollars.

Since graduating from law school in 1997, Peter has dedicated his career to trial work.
