Paola S. Galindez practices across a broad range of matters with an emphasis on high-stakes civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her practice currently centers on construction litigation, where she represents owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect disputes and general liability cases. She has handled multimillion-dollar projects, encompassing high-rise condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes.
Beyond construction, Paola has extensive experience in premises liability, vehicular negligence, negligent security, negligent hiring and retention, complex commercial litigation and products liability defense. She has defended clients in retail and hospitality liability, automobile and trucking accidents and cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and other high-exposure claims.
Paola takes a proactive approach to litigation, emphasizing early and thorough evaluation, strategic risk transfer, and clear client communication to achieve efficient and effective results.
A Miami native, Paola is fluent in both English and Spanish. She earned a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration, following a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Public relations from the University of Miami.
