Nicole Wulwick specializes in first-party property claims for both homeowners and commercial properties, representing insurance companies throughout the State of Florida. Relying on experience and hard work, she is committed to providing insightful analysis and practical solutions to successfully address her clients’ challenges.

Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Nicole practiced maritime law, handling state and federal personal injury and wrongful death cases. While studying at the University of Miami School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate degree, Nicole gained valuable experience as a clerk for the Honorable Magistrate John O’ Sullivan in the Southern District of Florida and interned at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney.

Nicole is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she earned two Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Sociology and French and Francophone Studies. Her undergraduate experience also includes studying at La Sorbonne in Paris, France, enriching her cultural and academic experience.
