Nick Mirza works hard and defends his clients in the areas involving automobile liability, first-party property claims, and premises liability.

He earned his undergraduate degree from California State University, Fresno with a major in psychology, where he was a member of the debate team and received All-American recognition by the Cross-Examination Debate Association.

During law school at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida, Nick interned with Judge Marc Lubet in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He also volunteered with the Internal Revenue Service’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, where he prepared tax returns for underserved communities.

Nick has experience representing insurance carriers and their insureds in both general liability and first-party property claims. He recognizes the importance of protecting his clients’ interests while navigating complex legal and financial risks.
