Nicholas A. Capitini focuses his practice on insurance defense with an emphasis on bad faith claims and handling assistance.

Nicholas graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He then attended Ave Maria School of Law where he received an annual academic scholarship, pro bono award, CALI Book Award in Mediation Law Clinic, and also made the dean’s list. During law school, Nicholas interned for the Honorable Alan Fine in Miami where he gained valuable experience.

After graduating law school early, Nicholas worked for Aspirion Healthcare as an associate, where he reviewed medical records and drafted appeals for wrongfully denied insurance claims. He later honed his skills working for a first-party property damage firm in Boca Raton where he litigated and advocated zealously for his clients.
