Neil Covone brings decades of legal experience to the firm’s Appellate and Coverage practice group. With a focus on insurance coverage and litigation, Neil also provides trial and litigation support to the firm’s other practice areas. He regularly provides invaluable insights into coverage issues, along with strategic risk analysis and claim management advice.

Having honed his skills for nearly three decades, Neil’s background encompasses defending product manufacturers, premises owners and businesses in wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases through to verdict. His extensive trial experience uniquely positions him to provide clients with a practical perspective on insurance coverage and insurance litigation matters.

Neil holds an “AV” peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Prior to practicing law, Neil’s passion and talent extended to the soccer field where he represented the United States at every level, including as a member of the United States World Cup team in Italy 1990.
