Nancy Jack focuses her practice on defending individuals, employees, and businesses in complex litigation matters, including catastrophic personal injury, defamation, copyright disputes, and coverage actions.
Before shifting to civil litigation, Nancy spent more than a decade as an appellate attorney, handling criminal appeals for the State of Florida and later establishing an appellate practice division for a civil litigation firm. She argued cases throughout Florida, including presenting oral arguments before the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland at College Park and her Juris Doctor degree with honors from Florida State University College of Law, where she served as an editor for the law review. She was also selected for Florida State’s Legislative & Government Internship Program during law school.
Education
Outside of her legal practice, Nancy remains passionate about writing. A former television staff writer, she continues to develop her writing and grammar skills both professionally and personally.
