Milan “Bo” Samargya, is a civil defense trial attorney who practices in the areas of automobile and motorized vehicles, to include insurance coverage matters.

Bo is a native Floridian, born in Deland. He is a veteran of the US Army, served in Giessen, Germany and was awarded the Army Achievement medal and Good Conduct medal while serving. Bo graduated his undergraduate studies from University of Central Florida and obtained his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Native American legal services clinic, where he assisted many Native Americans from several different tribes with their legal issues.

Upon his return to Florida, he became an assistant state attorney, in 1995, in Orlando, Florida. Bo excelled and received the fastest promotion to the felony division as a trial attorney. During his legal career, he has prosecuted and defended thousands of cases and has been lead counsel in 84 jury trials to verdict.

Before joining Kubicki Draper in 2022, Bo worked for a local civil firm that represented R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. He was responsible for developing factual data and defense theories for use in mass tort litigation.
