Michael F. Suarez practices within a broad range of matters with a focus on complex, high stakes civil litigation in state and federal courts. While a significant portion of his practice is dedicated to construction litigation where he typically represents general contractors and subcontractors, Michael has extensive experience in other areas as well. He has defended class action lawsuits involving multiple corporate defendants in TCPA violation and product liability matters, as well as litigated a variety of multimillion dollar commercial disputes in federal court. Additionally, Michael handles a variety of general liability matters, from catastrophic injury/wrongful death matters to negligent hiring/retention, automobile liability, fire losses, labor and employment and contract matters. No matter the case, Michael’s philosophy is that client service is paramount. He carefully assesses and evaluates each claim to ensure that the best possible resolution is achieved expeditiously.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from St. Thomas University. While in law school, he served as a Staff Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review and was also a member of the St. Thomas Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Michael graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. In his free time, Michael enjoys sports, travel, and history.
