Maxwell Nacht focuses his practice on automobile and motorized vehicle liability, trucking and transportation matters, and premises liability.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University. During law school, Maxwell was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta and Toastmasters, and was recognized on the Dean’s List.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Maxwell developed a strong foundation in civil litigation through a variety of legal roles. He clerked at the firm, where he assisted with motion practice, legal research, discovery, and deposition preparation and attendance. He also worked at a firm focused on homeowners’ association law and commercial litigation, further expanding his litigation experience. Earlier in his career, Maxwell interned at a legal technology company founded by attorneys that develops artificial intelligence tools for construction contracts and documentation, gaining experience at the intersection of law and emerging technology.
