Matthew J. Hier focuses his practice on civil defense litigation, including premises liability, personal injury, negligent security, and construction-related disputes. With more than a decade of litigation experience, he has successfully managed cases from pre-suit investigation through trial, handling dispositive motion practice, complex discovery, depositions, and comprehensive trial preparation. Matthew has tried more than twenty cases to verdict and brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every matter he handles.

Known for his client-centered approach, Matthew prioritizes efficiency, clear communication, and practical risk assessment.
