Matthew Bothwell brings over two decades of experience as a civil litigator, corporate advisor, and skilled negotiator. His extensive background spans a diverse range of practice areas, including personal injury, premises liability, construction defect and trucking.
Throughout his career, Matthew has demonstrated a commitment to providing exemplary representation. His experience encompasses the defense of clients in complex cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, products liability, and wrongful death.
Matthew is well-versed in every stage of the legal process, from pre-suit investigation to pre-trial litigation, mediation, trial, and appeals, he has represented both insurance carriers and individuals in all aspects of claim resolution. In addition to his work in personal injury, Matthew has distinguished himself in the representation of commercial sureties and contractors on substantial commercial projects. His proficiency as a commercial litigator adds depth to his skill set.
Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and complemented his legal education with a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University College of Business.
