Matan Andrew Scheier is a litigator who focuses his commercial litigation practice on construction law.

His practice centers on representing and counseling developers, contractors, and subcontractors in a wide array of construction disputes. Matan handles cases involving defects, contract disputes, and lien enforcements. Additionally, he provides defense for design professionals and consulting engineers facing professional liability claims.

Matan earned his Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law in 2013. During his time there, he distinguished himself as the Managing Editor of the Race and Social Justice Law Review, and was honored with a fellowship at the Center for Ethics and Public Service.
