Marsha Moses is a versatile civil litigator with extensive experience in several areas of insurance defense, including automobile, construction, property, special investigations, and commercial litigation. Known for her persuasive and effective litigation skills, she thrives in the courtroom. Her dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry give her a unique analytical advantage in handling the most complex cases.
As a Certified Continuing Education Instructor for the State of Florida Department of Financial Services, Marsha is also a trusted educator, sharing her expertise with industry professionals on emerging trends, strategies and case law related to diverse claims.
Deeply committed to advancing the legal community, Marsha has served in numerous volunteer roles with the Florida Bar, Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA), Latin American Association of Insurance Agents (LAAIA), and the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA) among others. She currently serves as Secretary of the Central Florida Chapter of LAAIA and as a member of its Legislative Committee. She is also honored to serve as Executive Director of the Tampa Bay American Inn of Court, where she has been an active member for more than a decade.
A native Floridian, Marsha has practiced throughout the state, managing thousands of cases. She draws on that extensive experience to deliver personalized service and creative solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
