Marsha Moses is a versatile civil litigator with a broad practice including all aspects of personal injury protection, special investigations, glass, auto, construction, and commercial litigation. Known for her persuasive and effective litigation skills, Marsha is uniquely qualified to handle the most complex of cases.

As a Certified Continuing Education Instructor for the State of Florida, Department of Financial Services, Marsha educates industry professionals on a range of topics, strategies and case law related to a variety of claims.

A passionate advocate for diversity in the legal field, Marsha serves as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for FDLA, former co-chair of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA), and is an active member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee at the firm. Additionally, Marsha is honored to currently serve as the Executive Director of the Tampa Bay Inn of Court where she has been a member for over a decade.

A native Floridian, Marsha has practiced across the state handling thousands of cases. She uses that experience to provide personalized service and implement creative solutions to her clients’ needs.
