Luke Waldron practices in the firm’s complex trial practice division, focusing on complex personal injury and coverage matters. He also handles commercial litigation and transactions.
A native of Palm Beach County, Luke was valedictorian of Cardinal Newman High School just down the street from the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where he studied political science, Spanish, and communication.
At Florida State University College of Law, Luke graduated fourth in his class, participated in the trial team and law review, and served as a legal writing teaching assistant. His peers honored him with the College of Law’s Raising the Bar Professionalism Award for “distinction in professionalism and leadership.”
Luke’s professional background prior to joining the firm includes practice as a civil litigator and service to Palm Beach County as an Assistant State Attorney. As a prosecutor, Luke gained extensive courtroom experience, leading jury trials for the State of Florida. These roles have equipped him to handle serious and sensitive matters with creativity and collaboration.

Outside of his legal career, Luke enjoys gardening and time with friends and family, including his rescue cat, Berry. Luke is a loyal Disney World annual passholder since childhood and feels very fortunate to live within a short driving distance of “The Most Magical Place on Earth.”
