Luis Pereira focuses his practice on automotive negligence and liability defense, including both first-party and third-party claims. He has experience in personal injury protection (PIP) and no-fault litigation and approaches every matter with a client-centered mindset. A zealous advocate, Luis is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela to Greek and Venezuelan parents, Luis grew up in South Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the Florida State University Honors College, with a double major in criminology and political science. He then earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with distinction, cum laude.

During law school, Luis was actively involved in the Hispanic Law Student Association and participated in the Immigration Clinic, where he gained firsthand experience advocating for vulnerable communities. Through this work, he developed a deep appreciation for the importance of quality legal representation in safeguarding clients’ rights. He also represented clients through Legal Services of Greater Miami, assisting individuals facing eviction from public and subsidized housing and successfully negotiating settlement agreements with opposing counsel.
