Luis Pereira focuses his practice on personal injury protection (PIP)/no fault litigation, bringing a client-centered approach to his practice. As a zealous advocate, he is committed to achieving the best possible results for his clients.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela to Greek and Venezuelan parents, Luis grew up in South Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the Florida State University Honors College, with a double major in criminology and political science. He then earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with distinction, cum laude.

During law school, Luis was actively involved in the Hispanic Law Student Association and participated in the immigration clinic where he learned the importance of quality representation as a safeguard to ensure his clients’ rights are well protected. He also represented clients at Legal Services of Greater Miami, assisting people being evicted from public and subsidized housing, where he successfully negotiated settlement agreements with opposing council.
