Liz Guadalupe focuses her practice on representing insurance carriers and their insureds in litigation matters throughout Florida, from inception through trial. She has extensive experience handling automobile liability, trucking and transportation, premises liability, professional negligence, and commercial litigation matters involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and significant property and monetary losses.
Liz began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, where she gained valuable courtroom and trial experience. As a prosecutor, she tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained convictions on behalf of the State of Florida.
Following her tenure with the State Attorney’s Office, Liz transitioned to civil litigation, where she has focused exclusively on insurance defense. She previously practiced at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms, handling auto negligence and property insurance defense matters, including general liability and bad faith claims.
Liz has also served as second chair in multiple civil jury trials, assisting lead counsel in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, strategy development, and witness examination.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University and her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
