Lindsey Burdick focuses her practice on insurance defense and civil litigation. She has experience handling First-Party Property (personal and commercial), Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and premises liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey served four years as in-house litigation counsel for a Fortune 500 company, managing complex claims from pre-suit investigation through resolution. In that role, she worked closely with business leaders to assess risk exposure, develop litigation strategy, and implement cost-effective solutions. Her client-side experience provides valuable insight into the operational and financial considerations insurers face when evaluating claims and making litigation decisions.
Lindsey approaches each matter proactively, with an emphasis on early risk assessment, efficient case management, and clear, consistent communication. She is committed to providing clients with thoughtful analysis and practical recommendations that allow them to make informed, confident decisions throughout every stage of the litigation process.
Lindsey earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2019 and her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016. Lindsey has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2020.
