Lindsey Hinton focuses her practice on first-party property disputes and both first and third-party injury claims related to automobile accidents and premises incidents. She provides comprehensive services that include litigation defense as well as pre-suit assistance, encompassing CRN responses, EUOs, and coverage evaluations.

Lindsey earned her bachelors degree from University of Florida, graduating cum laude and earning a spot on the Dean’s List. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she also graduated cum laude, ranking in the top 10% of her class. Lindsey is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the Middle District of Florida.

Since joining Kubicki Draper, Lindsey has established a proven track record for resolving matters quickly for her clients. Her successes include winning several motions to dismiss, engaging in early and strategic negotiations, and achieving favorable outcomes in mediations. She has also effectively resolved cases through strategic proposals for settlement and motions for summary judgments on the eve of trial.
