Leeza Newman is a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in Construction Law. With a strong focus on this complex field, she is dedicated to representing a diverse array of clients, including owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, in a wide range of intricate construction defect disputes and general litigation cases. Leeza is particularly recognized for her successful defense of general contractors and subcontractors in high-stakes, multi-million dollar projects, encompassing condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes. She provides invaluable strategic counsel to both corporate entities and individuals, offering insights on risk management strategies aimed at reducing overall liability exposure.
A native of Jupiter, Florida, Leeza pursued her undergraduate studies at Emory University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies with a minor in religion. She maintains a role within the Emory Alumni Association, participating in alumni interviews to support local students seeking admission to the university. Leeza went on to obtain her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University.
