Kevin Paul focuses his practice in the areas of motor vehicle negligence, homeowner’s insurance claims, and personal injury cases.

Prior to becoming an insurance defense attorney, Kevin handled a high volume of civil litigation, specializing in residential mortgage foreclosures and bankruptcies. His extensive litigation experience includes prosecuting criminal and delinquency cases as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit where he had numerous jury trials and won five of six appeals.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. During law school, he completed an internship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Catherine Peak McEwen in the Middle District of Florida. Kevin is admitted to practice law in all three federal judicial districts of Florida.
