Kathryn Koestner focuses her practice on automobile and motorized vehicle litigation, construction disputes, first-party property matters involving personal and commercial claims, premises liability, products liability, and trucking and transportation litigation.
Kathryn is a detail-oriented and results-driven attorney with extensive experience representing insurance carriers throughout all stages of litigation. Her practice includes handling matters from initial discovery through settlement and resolution, with an emphasis on client service, ethical advocacy, and practical litigation strategy.
A motivated self-starter, Kathryn is skilled in negotiating settlements, drafting complex legal documents, and managing demanding caseloads. She is committed to continuous professional development and remains actively involved in the legal community through the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
Before entering the legal profession, Kathryn proudly served in the United States Army, an experience that shaped her disciplined work ethic, resilience, and dedication to service.
Education
Outside of her practice, Kathryn enjoys taking advantage of Florida’s outdoor lifestyle. She spends her free time boating along the St. Johns River, diving for Florida spiny lobster, fossil hunting in the Peace River, and exploring Central Florida with her golden retriever, Chief. She also enjoys concerts, sporting events, and discovering new restaurants and local destinations. Above all, Kathryn values time with family and friends, who continue to inspire and motivate her both personally and professionally.
