Katherine McGovern is an experienced defense litigator who represents clients in complex civil litigation and personal injury matters throughout the State of Florida, with a strong focus on premises liability and products liability.

With more than a decade of experience, Katherine defends businesses, property owners, and insurers in a broad range of matters, including abuse claims, automobile and motorized vehicle accidents, construction-related claims, defamation, environmental disputes, first-party property claims (personal and commercial), hospitality and retail litigation, labor and employment matters, premises liability, and products liability. She is recognized for her strategic approach to litigation, responsiveness to clients, and unwavering commitment to achieving favorable results.

Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.
