Katarina Hamburg focuses her practice on automobile and motorized vehicles, first party property and premises liability matters.
Raised in Gulf Breeze, Florida, she graduated from Gulf Breeze High School before pursuing her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of West Florida. She then attended the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
During law school, Katarina gained practical experience at the Alachua County and Bradford County State Attorney’s Offices. After graduating, she served as a prosecutor in the First Judicial Circuit for several years, where she honed her litigation, trial and negotiation skills. These skills proved invaluable litigation when she went to work at a local criminal defense firm.
Having gained experience in both criminal prosecution and defense, Katrina decided to shift her focus to civil law. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, she worked at a local insurance defense firm, concentrating on auto accidents, first-party property, and premises liability cases.
