Kara Carper has years of concentrated experience in handling all types of first-party insurance defense cases and personal injury protection litigation. With a strong background in handling fraud and material misrepresentation claims, Kara easily navigates litigation and pre-suit processes, including examinations under oath. Since 2008, she has been involved in project work with the Special Investigative Units of several major insurance carriers. Additionally, she is experienced in handling vehicle theft cases and a wide variety of property damage claims, including glass claims.
Kara prides herself on providing detail-oriented, personalized service to her clients. She personally oversees each case to identify potential issues and develop a litigation plan in the early stages, ensuring a cost-effective defense.
Originally from Northwest Indiana, Kara relocated to Florida in 2007. She earned her B.A. from Purdue University in 2003 and went on to attain her J.D. from Valparaiso University in 2006. During her second year of law school, she participated in a study-abroad program at Cambridge University in England where she studied International Law and Economics. In her third year, she gained valuable experience as a clerk for Superior Court Judge Stephen King. Kara was licensed to practice in Indiana in 2006 and subsequently in Florida in 2007
