Kara Fredrickson specializes in insurance defense, with a focus on personal injury protection claims.

Kara received her bachelor’s degree from Smith College and earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Kara interned for the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit and participated in a legal study abroad program in Australia. She also volunteered with the Bay Area Volunteer Lawyers Program, providing legal aid in family law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Kara defended national insurance companies primarily in personal injury protection matters. She has extensive experience in financial services and real estate, having represented large lenders and loan servicers in highly contested civil litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, Kara gained valuable experience practicing workers’ compensation law at a large insurance defense firm in Tampa.
