Kaitlyn Ramirez concentrates her practice on motor vehicle negligence and premises liability matters.
Originally from New York and raised in Northern New Jersey, Kaitlyn earned her undergraduate degree in Global Marketing Management from Pace University in Manhattan. While living in New York City, she began cultivating her passion for law by working at an immigration law firm, gaining early exposure to immigration proceedings and client advocacy.
After relocating to Florida, Kaitlyn pursued her J.D. at Barry University School of Law. During law school, she further expanded her legal experience through internships with an immigration law firm, the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, and GEICO, where she gained hands-on experience in PIP litigation.
Upon passing the Florida Bar, Kaitlyn began her legal career defending self-insured employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. This experience has provided her with a strong foundation in litigation and a practical understanding of the complexities involved in insurance defense.
