Joshua Saval handles complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts, with experience spanning construction, commercial, and corporate disputes, automotive and trucking matters, aviation, and premises liability. He has represented a wide range of clients, including contractors and corporations, in high-value cases involving construction defects, trucking accidents, and negligent repairs related to aircraft and their components.

Josh also has extensive experience representing companies in insurance coverage disputes involving damage to various types of aircraft.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where he served as Managing Editor of The Independent Florida Alligator. He later received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he was an editor of the FIU Law Review and published an article on corporate intellectual property rights related to the use of fictional characters.
