Joseph Monte focuses his practice on personal injury protection (PIP) and glass litigation for several years, expanding his practice to examinations under oath of insureds and claimants. Joseph takes great pride in his unwavering commitment to delivering the highest level of client satisfaction.

Over the years, Joseph has participated in the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee’s (FIFEC) annual conference, where he most recently presented on out-of-state policy actions.

Beyond his legal practice, Joseph serves as Secretary of the Tampa Bay Inns of Court and has been selected to participate in the Hillsborough County Bar Institute Leadership program. He is also dedicated to mentoring young leaders through the National Fraternity of Beta Theta Pi and remains passionate about his involvement in the Great American Teach Inn.

In both his professional and personal life, Joseph embodies leadership qualities. He views his community as not just a place to life but as a network rich with opportunities. Rather than being deterred by challenges, Joseph embraces them, working tirelessly to overcome obstacles.
