Jordan Basit focuses his practice on appellate matters and litigation support, representing clients before Florida’s District Courts of Appeal throughout all stages of the appellate process.
Jordan graduated magna cum laude from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he served as Articles Solicitation Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and competed on the St. Thomas Moot Court Team in the Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition. These experiences strengthened his written and oral advocacy skills and helped shape his approach to analyzing and presenting complex legal issues.
During law school, Jordan also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bronwyn C. Miller at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal, where he gained firsthand insight into the appellate process and the analysis and presentation of legal arguments.
