Jonathan Scott focuses his practice on defending hospitality and retail establishments in bodily injury claims. He began his legal studies at St. Thomas University Benjamin Crump College of Law, where he ranked 9th out of 236 students in his first year before transferring to FIU College of Law. He graduated cum laude from FIU earning multiple CALI Excellence awards in subjects including property, criminal law, constitutional law, legal research and writing, and advanced legal research and writing.

During law school, Jonathan was actively involved in the academic and professional community, serving as the Vice President of Recruitment for the Business Law Society — the largest student organization at FIU Law.
