Jon Weiner’s practice spans a broad range of areas, with a focus on high-stakes construction defect claims, premises liability issues, automobile accidents and commercial disputes.

Jon received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida where he majored in political science before relocating to Miami to attend Florida International University’s College of Law. There, he distinguished himself by earning multiple honors on the Dean’s List and receiving the “Book Award” for trial advocacy.

Prior to transitioning to civil law, Jon began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Department of Children and Families managing a case load over 80 cases. Following that, he spent over five years working in the family law, where he represented client sin high-net-worth, high-conflict divorce, paternity and domestic violence matters. This experience honed his skills in managing complex, emotionally charged issues and developing strong client relationships, customer services skills, and conflict resolution strategies.

Throughout his career, Jon has consistently handled high-conflict litigation involving sensitive matters, always striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients, even when facing rigorous opposition.
