Johanna Cabanas focuses her practice on first-party property, automobile and motorized vehicles, Fraud / SIU / EUO, and premises liability cases.

While in law school at St. Thomas University in Florida, Johanna gained valuable experience by clerking at an insurance defense firm during her second year. This opportunity allowed her to enhance her litigation skills throughout the remainder of her time in law school. In her third year, Johanna was selected for the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she presented her first oral argument before the Third District Court of Appeal on behalf of the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office.

Driven by a strong interest in insurance defense, Johanna pursued a position at the firm she clerked at, further refining her skills. She then joined our team continuing to build on her extensive experience in insurance defense and litigation.
