Jessica Prats brings a broad legal background with experience in administrative law, alternative dispute resolutions, automobile negligence, community associations, construction and first-party property matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she received a Certificate of Concentration in Environmental Law and was recognized for her excellence in appellate law. Jessica began her career at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms, focusing on first-party property and community association law. She later expanded her community association practice and developed her construction law skills at a prominent full-service law firm in Tampa before joining Kubicki Draper.

Throughout her career, Jessica has handled cases ranging from small claims to complex multi-party, multi-million dollar disputes involving contractual, commercial, corporate, environmental and maritime issues. She is admitted to practice in Florida’s Middle District and is currently working toward her mediation certification.
