Jessica Silva Vazquez focuses on defending individuals and businesses in lawsuits involving automobile accidents and premises liability. With a deep understanding of the challenges defendants face, Jessica is dedicated to protecting her clients’ rights and ensuring their concerns are addressed.
Jessica recognizes that being sued can be overwhelming, particularly for those unfamiliar with the legal process. Many defendants mistakenly believe their insurance will cover any verdict, only to find out coverage may be limited and could expose them to significant financial risk. Jessica works diligently to defend her clients, striving to minimize the impact of lawsuits on their lives.
A cum laude graduate of St. Thomas University College of Law, Jessica distinguished herself as a member of the trial team and served as a senior articles editor for the law review. Her legal training was further enriched by her internship with the Honorable Peter Lopez at the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida and her pro bono work with the defense attorneys of the Miami-Dade County Public School Board of Attorneys.
Jessica brings passion, dedication, and a fresh perspective to every case. Her hands-on approach ensures each client receives the attention and defense they deserve.
