Jessica Del Sol handles complex civil and business litigation matters in State courts throughout Florida and in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her practice focuses on providing legal guidance, and handling litigation and contractual matters for lodging establishments and restaurant owners, real estate developers/developments, landlords, asset managers, property management companies, franchisees, vendors and contractors. In addition, she represents contractors, developers, owners, manufacturers and distributors in matters involving construction defects, accidents, products liability and environmental matters. Jessica aims to zealously advocate and progress cases efficiently while maintaining and carefully balancing professionalism.
Jessica graduated cum laude from Florida International University with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology in 2016. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree, with the honors designation of magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2021. She is licensed to practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Jessica enjoyed many honors while in law school, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Secured Transactions and Global Legal Skills. She also formed part of Dean’s List for all semesters. While in law school, Jessica was an articles editor for the St. Thomas Law Review. During her last year of law school, Jessica interned for the Honorable Judge Christina DiRaimondo in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Jessica was born in Cuba and raised in Miami. She is fluent in Spanish.
