Jeremy Chevres has extensive experience handling wrongful death, personal injury, and workers’ compensation immunity cases within the areas of auto negligence, premises liability, products liability, construction defect and construction accidents. He is also skilled in first-party matters and corporate/commercial litigation, representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
Before honing his skills in the practice areas above, Jeremy clerked for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. During his tenure, he assisted Judge Jordan in ruling on several civil matters involving maritime law, complex class actions, fraudulent transfers, and corporate disputes. Following Judge Jordan’s elevation to the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Jeremy continued to support him in ruling on appeals concerning corporate disputes, RICO claims, habeas petitions, and death penalty appeals.
Jeremy is deeply committed to his cases, keeping them at the forefront of his mind until they are resolved. He understands that a client’s case is a constant concern for them, and he shares their desire to achieve the best resolution as quickly as possible. Jeremy’s business background provides him a unique perspective on how the claims in a client’s case impact their daily operations and future prospects. This combination of business and law allows Jeremy to identify seemingly insignificant facts that could potentially shift the direction of a case.
