Jeré D. Reid focuses her practice on defending automobile and motorized vehicle claims, as well as pre-suit matters and insurance-related litigation. She represents insurers and their insureds throughout all phases of litigation, working closely with clients to develop practical strategies that achieve efficient and favorable resolutions.
Before entering private practice, Jeré served as an Assistant Public Defender for Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she gained extensive courtroom and trial experience advocating on behalf of her clients. She later transitioned to civil litigation, developing a strong insurance defense practice handling matters from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation. Her diverse litigation background enables her to evaluate claims strategically, anticipate challenges, and provide practical guidance aligned with each client’s objectives.
Jeré earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Science Education from the University of Central Florida before receiving her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law.
Known for her thoughtful approach and commitment to client service, Jeré is dedicated to building strong relationships, understanding each client’s unique needs, and delivering responsive, results-oriented representation.
Education
Outside the office, Jeré enjoys spending time with her large blended family, serving in her local church, planning events, singing, and volunteering with organizations that support underserved teens and young adults.
