Jennifer Remy-Estorino is an accomplished civil litigator with a dynamic and wide-ranging practice. She represents clients in complex matters involving automobile and motorized vehicle accidents, roadway construction incidents, trucking and transportation claims, commercial disputes, professional and directors’ liability, premises and intellectual property disputes, insurance coverage, and pre-suit claims assistance.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jennifer seamlessly serves a diverse client base and has personally negotiated and resolved numerous high-stakes, multi-party disputes. Her reputation for strategic thinking and effective advocacy has made her a trusted ally for insurers, corporations, and professionals across industries.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has tried numerous cases and participated in hundreds of mediations, guiding clients through every stage of litigation with skill and confidence. She has defended clients in both state and federal courts, with substantial experience in defamation matters, intellectual property disputes, and catastrophic injury cases.
While trial work remains her passion, Jennifer also brings significant appellate experience, having written briefs, drafted petitions, and argued before the Third District Court of Appeal. This dual perspective allows her to anticipate appellate challenges long before they arise at trial.
