Jeffrey Fedna focuses his practice on first party property, defamation, automobile and motorized vehicles and premises liability matters. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts.

Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctorate at Ave Maria School of Law in 2018. While at Ave Maria School of Law, he interned with the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, where he advocated for indigent clients with dependency matters. He also served as a Law Clinician in the Estate Planning Clinic at Ave Maria School of Law, providing estate planning and probate assistance to underserved individuals. Jeffrey held leadership roles in the Latino Law Student Association and the Ave Maria Elder Law and Estate Planning Association. Immediately following law school, Jeffrey worked as a document reviewer, analyzing legal documents for law firms and corporations.

Jeffrey’s background and diverse experience with both individuals and big corporations provides him a unique perspective to better understand and meet the needs of our clients. As the son of immigrant parents, Jeffrey understands the value of commitment and strong work ethic. A long-time resident of Tampa, Florida, Jeffrey is fully bilingual in English and Creole, enhancing his ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients.
