Jeff is an experienced litigator who has focused his practice on insurance defense where he has litigated automobile liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist liability, personal injury protection, SIU, and subrogation cases. Jeff specializes in the practice areas of personal injury protection, fraud-SIU and taking examinations under oaths involving fraudulent or non-existent medical treatment.

Jeff was born and raised in Florida and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida, where he was awarded with the national honor of Outstanding Young Men of America. Jeff graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.

Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Jeff was an in-house trial attorney for two nationally recognized insurance companies where he acquired valuable trial experience. In addition, he was twice awarded the SIU Defense Litigation award and the Trial Jury Verdict award.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeff was a Sergeant in the United States Army and was an investigator for The Agency for Health Care Administration investigating alleged violations of the Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code. Jeff was also a Senior Correctional Probation Officer with the Florida Department of Corrections where he was Class President of the Department of Corrections Academy, and was also nominated for Correctional Probation Officer of the Year.

Away from work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife of 31 years and four children. Jeff and his wife are very active in their church and community and have been foster parents for 12 years. Jeff’s hobbies include reading, traveling and outdoor adventures.
