Jason Friedman is a seasoned civil litigator who has spent his entire career defending clients in high-stakes cases, including wrongful death and serious injury claims. His practice centers on insurance defense, with a focus on defending claims involving premises liability, automobile liability, construction litigation, and nursing home negligence. Over the years, he has also represented fellow attorneys in legal malpractice suits and handled cases involving commercial disputes, products liability, and defamation. No matter the case, Jason always prioritizes the unique needs and concerns of each client.
A South Florida native, Jason attended the University of Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Jason was highly involved in Student Government and, prior to his graduation in 2004, became a member of Florida Blue Key, Florida’s oldest and most prestigious leadership honorary. After graduating, Jason moved back to South Florida where he studied law at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. During his time in law school, Jason was an Advocate Member and Coach on the law school’s inaugural International Moot Court Team, which competed in Vienna, Austria.
