Jarred Dichek is an equity shareholder in the Miami office. Mr. Dichek is an experienced litigator who has a reputation for being aggressive and skillful, which often leads to successful early resolutions. He is committed to exceptional customer service and makes himself available 24/7. Jarred is a strong advocate for his clients and litigates as if he is the named Defendant in each case. He is an “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, which is a testament to his legal standing in the community.

Jarred specializes in defending auto accident bodily injury claims, managing pre-suit global settlements, personal injury protection and handling fraud/SIU matters. His practice also extends to workers compensation, first party property/arson and he frequently takes examinations under oath. He has served as an attorney fee expert throughout the State of Florida and has testified in hundreds of cases. Additionally, Jarred has extensive experience in handling large scale fraud projects against medical clinics, plaintiffs and doctors, staged accident rings, fraudulent or non-existent medical treatment, and first party property fraud rings.

Jarred is a board member and active participant of the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (FIFEC), the co-chair of the Claims Litigation Management (CLM) Fraud Committee, a member of the Florida Property and Casualty Task Force and the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU). He is a Florida Certified Continuing Education Instructor in Florida and has participated in several speaking engagements and seminars in the following areas: 2023 tort reform, successful early resolution of your case, how to negotiate and achieve better settlements, strategy when filing a proposal for settlement, advanced SIU investigations, pursuing a civil fraud and-or RICO lawsuit, homeowner insurance fraud, fraud in the medical records, fraudulent and excessive attorney fee claims, and personal injury protection law.

Jarred was born in the Bronx and attended the prestigious Bronx High School of Science. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami and is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. Outside of his legal career, he is an avid sports fan and competitor, he enjoys reading with Historical Fiction being his favorite genre and valuestime with his family.
