Jane Rankin specializes in real estate and business transactions, providing comprehensive legal representation for acquisitions, sales and financing as well as commercial leasing, 1031 exchanges and SBA loan transactions. She is skilled in handling complex title and survey matters, issuing title insurance for owners and lenders, with Kubicki Draper serving as agent for national title underwriters. With decades of experience, Jane has advised clients in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, retail establishments and service stations.

Her practice also includes representation of institutional lenders in real estate and business lending, loan workouts, modifications and loan sales as well as commercial and homebuilder construction and development loans. Additionally, Jane has served as outside counsel for several governmental entities, most notably assisting Broward County, Florida in acquiring over 900 parcels for the expansion of the Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport, which involved title work, real estate closings and eminent domain preparation.
