Jailene Falcon represents clients in insurance defense matters, drawing from a strong foundation in criminal defense, civil litigation, and personal injury law. Her diverse background has shaped a well-rounded litigation practice and sharpened her ability to advoicate effectively on behalf of her clients.

Jailene began her career as an Assistant Public Defender in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, where she advocated for clients in jury trials and hearings, honing the courtroom skills she continues to apply in her current practice. Beyond her public service, Jailene has worked in civil litigation and personal injury, serving as a law clerk on complex cases and gaining hands-on experience in case management and court reporting—insights that provide her with a broad perspective on the legal system.

Jailene earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, where she participated in the Juvenile Defense Clinic and Advanced Juvenile Defense Clinic, as well as the Hispanic-American Law Student Association and Black Law Student Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. A proud Miami native, Jailene is dedicated to guiding her clients through each stage of litigation with skill and commitment.
