Jacqueline “Jackie” Healy is dedicated to the field of insurance defense, specializing in first-party property litigation. She is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges.
Jackie’s academic journey began with her graduation cum laude from the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at the University of Las Vegas in May 2020, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. This foundational education provided her with a solid background in management and service, skills that have proven valuable in her legal career.
In May 2023, Jackie continued her pursuit of excellence by graduating cum laude from the Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor Degree. Her legal education has equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to represent clients effectively in the courtroom.
Driven by a passion for assisting individuals facing complex legal matters, Jackie aspires to be a voice of reason and support for clients enduring the stresses of legal battles.
Jackie’s dedication is evident through her prior experience in family law as a law extern from 2022 to 2023. During this time, she gained expertise in various aspects of family law, handling complex cases, contributing to contract and civil litigation, conducting advanced legal research, strategizing in litigation, managing discovery procedures, drafting legal documents, and assisting with an intricate appellate process.
In addition to her family law experience, Jackie’s commitment to expanding her legal knowledge led her to work as a law assistant at a real estate firm. This provided her with valuable insights into property law, which complements her expertise in insurance defense.
