Jack Simmons focuses his practice on automobile and motorized vehicles, construction, premises liability and trucking, transportation and logistics matters.

Jack earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1987. After gaining professional experience in the workforce, he returned to school and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova University. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994, Jack has developed extensive expertise as a litigator, handling a wide variety of personal injury cases including wrongful deaths and catastrophic injuries in trucking litigation, premises liability, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation.
