Ilana Moskowitz focuses her practice on defending clients in personal injury matters, including catastrophic injuries, auto and truck accident cases, premises liability claims, and intentional torts. Clients can count on her to be both strategic and relentless. She is known for developing plans of action that keep her several steps ahead of the opposition, and is not afraid to take a case to trial when that is what it takes to achieve justice.
Her path to becoming a trial lawyer began more than 2 decades ago. Before becoming an attorney, Ilana spent three years working in personal injury law firms, giving her early insight into the challenges clients face when navigating a lawsuit. She has since spent nine years litigating cases, building on that foundation and honing her courtroom skills. She began her career at one of Florida’s largest law firms, where she gained experience defending individuals and corporations in a wide range of matters, including personal injury cases, contract and business disputes, fraud and deceptive practices, professional liability, employment, and franchise law.
Colleagues and clients describe Ilana as a zealous advocate, but also as someone who listens, collaborates, and genuinely cares about helping people solve problems. What sets her apart is her ability to anticipate the other side’s moves and craft strategies that put her clients in the strongest position possible. Her ultimate goal is simple: to protect her clients’ interests and deliver the best possible outcomes with integrity and dedication.

Ilana lives by the words, “Character is defined by what you do when no one is watching.” That mindset guides both her approach to practicing law and the way she shows up for the people in her life.
Originally from Potomac, Maryland, she moved to South Florida for college and quickly fell in love with the area’s energy and community. Now, she calls it home with her three rescue dogs. Outside of work, Ilana enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to concerts and comedy shows, and exploring all the fun and culture South Florida has to offer.
